Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients' business, brands and industry
- Cultivate, enhance and grow client relationships
- Internal collaboration & communication with development team, Project Managers and New Business
- Give clear direction to Project Manager & Lead Developer on assignments/requests
- Proactively find solutions to problems
- Evaluate product against brief to ensure solution is on-strategy and meets Client's needs
- Work with internal team to develop and deliver formal proposals and presentation materials
- Facilitate and contribute to internal and client meetings
- Facilitate project status calls, including written project status reports
- Proactively solicit client feedback regarding performance & expectations
